We want to take a moment to thank everyone who is involved in AggDirect in any way; whether as a driver, a project manager, or fleet owner. This has been an exceptional year of growth for AggDirect setting record numbers in active drivers, tons delivered, and miles driven and it is all thanks to you. Below we will highlight several projects we worked on over the course of the year but not every one. No matter the scale or scope of a project we pride ourselves on making it a priority. As we look forward to 2023 we recognize how exciting the year will be and all that we have to show you from new features, to improved experiences, to exciting new projects. Featured Projects
River Renew
We are thrilled to have played a role in the massive environmental initiative taking place in Alexandria, Virginia designed to protect the waterways. The River Renew Tunnel Project will capture millions of gallons of combined sewage from four existing outfalls each year and transport them to AlexRenew for wastewater treatment. Designed to protect the waterways, this project is scheduled to be completed in 2025. For more information on the scope of the project and other details click below!
Potomac Yards
After several delays, the new metro-rail station in Alexandria, Virginia is nearing completion. This station will serve both the Blue and Yellow Lines. These photos are from our visit in early November. To read more on the current status of the project click the button below.
Other Projects
Bedford Elementary School
We are assisting on the hauling of materials in and out of the Bedford Elementary School project in Baltimore. This project consists of an entirely new school, replacing existing Bedford ES. For more information on this project click here
Summit Park Elementary School
Earlier this year ground broke on the new Summit Park Elementary School project in Baltimore. The project will double the size of the existing school. For more information on the timeline and scope check out the link here.
Pine Grove Middle School
The Pine Grove Middle School expansion and renovation project is well underway. Located in Baltimore the project is still in its early stages, but it will have a significant impact on the local community by increasing school capacity. For more information on the project click here.
